More and more specially adapted buildings are being provided and the Markus door is also a very suitable solution for these types of homes.

The sliding door as a fire door solves many operating problems. It seals hermetically and significantly reduces loss of heat, does not allow smoke to penetrate at all and in the case of garage/house separation, also ensures it is odour tight.

Wheelchair use is made possible because the Markus door does not use a threshold. The dimensions of the door will not influence the ease of operation, loss of space, noise of the door, automation thereof and speed at which it opens and closes.
